Our group classes are designed so everyone can get strength and conditioning training without the expense. With only ten people per class you get technique attention and individual progressive coaching.

Our master trainers take your training to professional level with individual training sessions, workout programming, monthly and yearly plans and periodisation. We take our athletes training and build them into the greatest athlete they can physically be.

Don’t let these classes fool you. Just because you aren’t running crawling jumping or twisting to failure doesn’t mean they aren’t challenging. If anything these are more difficult than the conditioning classes.

These classes are the training that will make the difference in your sports performance. They remove pain, stiffness and dysfunction from your life and training.

For the first time a class to very specifically take care of the health and physical condition for the ever constant tightness and muscle imbalances being  brought on by running. Feel freer, treat pain and niggles and retrain mechanics to reduce recurrence injuries in these low level manipulation style sessions. Plenty of tools involved in these sessions to get the greatest mechanical response, all supplied in the Cadence Tool Box

Pilates for the moving athletic world

This is a low impact joint freeing deep core activating controlled burn Pilates wind up to Ground Force full body strength movement fusion.

Set the body with joint and muscle mobility slowly activating deep strengths with traditional breathing and movements to grow into Ground Force’s movement foundation strength techniques.

This is not an easy class but everyone can and should do it.

Myo-Fascial-Mobility

This classes teaches self-myofascial-release SMR techniques using Cadence Conditioning tool box (link to image) ….you will learn how to use your rollers and balls to precision effect. This is followed by isolated strength activation techniques and integrating training movements.

You will be a more powerful, freer and faster athlete plus recover quicker and be less sore from training.

CONDITIONING CLASSES

Are where you launch off your performance classes with athletic function and fitness training. Body burning repetitive progressive strength endurance. Lung gasping volume and energy system nightmares to give you speed and power to be envied. Enjoy

This is CC’s all body weight all round athletic conditioning training. With a huge focus on optimum cohesive movement (OCM) these classes are heavy on proprioception and function. Build your strengths as you crawl twist bend and jump your way through the GF levels. We build your physical foundation with a hybrid of strength and mobility manoeuvres using dorsal & ventral training, Pilates techniques and functional mechanics. Then you’re put through relentless conditioning protocols for massive fitness strength endurance.these classes are for anyone.

Through hundreds of differents movement patterns and exercises you won’t need weights in this class. Progressive controlled strength positions build to more aggressive and dynamic exercises in an array of varied training protocols.
Ground Force has everything an athletic individual needs for physical performance.

CRC workouts are not just interval training. This is runners gold, but you have to go to hell to get it. The more times you go in, the more you’ll bank.These punishing sessions are built to get the greatest energy system response for running performance. You will grow a huge aerobic and anaerobic strength base whilst improving your running economy and therefore speed endurance.

We use various drills and body weight exercises to strengthen mechanics and challenge the mind and body to hold form as everything argues with you.
If you live to build yourself to the upper volumes of these workouts over 8-12weeks you will be in shape. All running based sports will benefit massively from such a protocol in your base or pre comp phases of periodisation.
